Free Chea - Help Him Reunite With His Loved Ones

Growing up in a rough neighborhood he fell into a lifestyle that he never wanted. He has always been family oriented and wanted nothing but the best for them. He was sentenced to prison and has served his time. While he was incarcerated his father passed away. He was granted permission to attend the funeral by the Judge and Prosecutor of the state, but the prison over-ruled the decision and he was unable to attend to say his final good-byes.
